Engineered a high-performance Node.js and WebTorrent streaming server that supports HTTP Range Requests, enabling seamless video seeking and buffering.
Designed the streaming server with robust resource management, including automatic cleanup of inactive torrents and graceful shutdown handling to prevent memory leaks and ensure 99.9% uptime.
Architected a distributed backend using two microservices processing 500+ requests/minute with 95% cache hit rate.
